Welcome
The Way MicroChurches is a growing family of simple, relational churches meeting in homes and other everyday places in West Michigan, Florida, and beyond.
MicroChurch
Our MicroChurches are small communities where people gather to follow Jesus, grow as disciples, share life, and disciple others.
By simplifying church, we can focus on relationships, discipleship, and living out our faith together. We believe this way of being church reflects what we see in the early church—believers gathering in homes, sharing life, growing as disciples, and joining Jesus in His mission.
The Way
Our name comes from the Book of Acts, where the early Christians were known as The Way because they followed Jesus and His way of life. As Jesus said:
John 14:6
“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Matthew 4:19
“Follow me and I will make you fish for people.”

To help us follow Jesus and His way of life, here are the Pathways we will walk together:
Daily Connects and
Missional Living
Connect with Jesus through Bible reading and prayer, and join Jesus in mission to your circle of influence by living a Prayer > Care > Share > Dare lifestyle.
Discovery
Discipleship Groups
Discover what it means to follow Jesus and His way of life in a group of 3 or 4 using FOLLOW THE WAY Discipleship Journey. Be discipled yourself and start discipling others.
MicroChurch
Families
Gather as a spiritual family for Worship, Bible Discovery, Community and Mission. Experience the essential DNA of the Body of Christ by working through BE THE WAY.
Compassionate
Outreach
Together show Jesus’ love through prayer walks, park cookouts, family assistance, hospitality for international students, refugee sponsorship, and local ministry partnerships.
Network Gatherings
Don’t do MicroChurch alone. Join other MicroChurches for Worship, Bible Discovery, Community and Mission, and so be part of the larger Body of Christ.

Children & Youth
Your kids are going to love The Way! Younger children will be integrated into aspects of the MicroChurches and also have their own time together. Older children and teenagers will fully participate in the MicroChurches and the Discovery Discipleship Groups. We commit to coming alongside you as a parent to support and equip you in your crucial ministry to your family.
